Sweat 14¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 14¾ large carrot, chopped and 88½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 295 g parsley, chopped Add 295 g coriander, chopped Add 11 1/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 29½ tsp ground cumin Add 14¾ tsp chili flakes Add 8850 g lamb mince Season with 11 1/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 14¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 590 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
