Sweat 15 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 15 large carrot, chopped and 90 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 300 g parsley, chopped Add 300 g coriander, chopped Add 11¼ tsp ground turmeric Add 30 tsp ground cumin Add 15 tsp chili flakes Add 9000 g lamb mince Season with 11¼ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 15 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 600 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
