1¾ large onion, chopped 1¾ large carrot, chopped 10½ cloves garlic, chopped 35 g parsley, chopped 35 g coriander, chopped 1 5/16 tsp ground turmeric 1¾ tsp chili flakes 3½ tsp ground cumin 1050 g lamb mince 1¾ can tomato polpa 70 g pine nuts, toasted 1 5/16 tsp salt

Sweat 1¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 1¾ large carrot, chopped and 10½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 35 g parsley, chopped Add 35 g coriander, chopped Add 1 5/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 3½ tsp ground cumin Add 1¾ tsp chili flakes Add 1050 g lamb mince Season with 1 5/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 1¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 70 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
