Sweat 15¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 15¼ large carrot, chopped and 91½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 305 g parsley, chopped Add 305 g coriander, chopped Add 11 7/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 30½ tsp ground cumin Add 15¼ tsp chili flakes Add 9150 g lamb mince Season with 11 7/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 15¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 610 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
