Sweat 15½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 15½ large carrot, chopped and 93 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 310 g parsley, chopped Add 310 g coriander, chopped Add 11⅝ tsp ground turmeric Add 31 tsp ground cumin Add 15½ tsp chili flakes Add 9300 g lamb mince Season with 11⅝ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 15½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 620 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
