Sweat 2 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 2 large carrot, chopped and 12 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 40 g parsley, chopped Add 40 g coriander, chopped Add 1½ tsp ground turmeric Add 4 tsp ground cumin Add 2 tsp chili flakes Add 1200 g lamb mince Season with 1½ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 2 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 80 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
