Sweat 18¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 18¾ large carrot, chopped and 112½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 375 g parsley, chopped Add 375 g coriander, chopped Add 14 1/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 37½ tsp ground cumin Add 18¾ tsp chili flakes Add 11250 g lamb mince Season with 14 1/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 18¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 750 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
