Sweat 19 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 19 large carrot, chopped and 114 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 380 g parsley, chopped Add 380 g coriander, chopped Add 14¼ tsp ground turmeric Add 38 tsp ground cumin Add 19 tsp chili flakes Add 11400 g lamb mince Season with 14¼ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 19 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 760 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
