Sweat 19¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 19¼ large carrot, chopped and 115½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 385 g parsley, chopped Add 385 g coriander, chopped Add 14 7/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 38½ tsp ground cumin Add 19¼ tsp chili flakes Add 11550 g lamb mince Season with 14 7/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 19¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 770 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
