Sweat 19½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 19½ large carrot, chopped and 117 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 390 g parsley, chopped Add 390 g coriander, chopped Add 14⅝ tsp ground turmeric Add 39 tsp ground cumin Add 19½ tsp chili flakes Add 11700 g lamb mince Season with 14⅝ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 19½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 780 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
