Sweat 19¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 19¾ large carrot, chopped and 118½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 395 g parsley, chopped Add 395 g coriander, chopped Add 14 13/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 39½ tsp ground cumin Add 19¾ tsp chili flakes Add 11850 g lamb mince Season with 14 13/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 19¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 790 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
