Sweat 20 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 20 large carrot, chopped and 120 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 400 g parsley, chopped Add 400 g coriander, chopped Add 15 tsp ground turmeric Add 40 tsp ground cumin Add 20 tsp chili flakes Add 12000 g lamb mince Season with 15 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 20 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 800 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
