Sweat 20¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 20¼ large carrot, chopped and 121½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 405 g parsley, chopped Add 405 g coriander, chopped Add 15 3/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 40½ tsp ground cumin Add 20¼ tsp chili flakes Add 12150 g lamb mince Season with 15 3/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 20¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 810 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
