Sweat 20½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 20½ large carrot, chopped and 123 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 410 g parsley, chopped Add 410 g coriander, chopped Add 15⅜ tsp ground turmeric Add 41 tsp ground cumin Add 20½ tsp chili flakes Add 12300 g lamb mince Season with 15⅜ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 20½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 820 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
