Sweat 20¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 20¾ large carrot, chopped and 124½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 415 g parsley, chopped Add 415 g coriander, chopped Add 15 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 41½ tsp ground cumin Add 20¾ tsp chili flakes Add 12450 g lamb mince Season with 15 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 20¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 830 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
