Sweat 21 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 21 large carrot, chopped and 126 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 420 g parsley, chopped Add 420 g coriander, chopped Add 15¾ tsp ground turmeric Add 42 tsp ground cumin Add 21 tsp chili flakes Add 12600 g lamb mince Season with 15¾ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 21 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 840 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
