Sweat 24¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 24¼ large carrot, chopped and 145½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 485 g parsley, chopped Add 485 g coriander, chopped Add 18 3/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 48½ tsp ground cumin Add 24¼ tsp chili flakes Add 14550 g lamb mince Season with 18 3/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 24¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 970 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
