Sweat 24½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 24½ large carrot, chopped and 147 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 490 g parsley, chopped Add 490 g coriander, chopped Add 18⅜ tsp ground turmeric Add 49 tsp ground cumin Add 24½ tsp chili flakes Add 14700 g lamb mince Season with 18⅜ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 24½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 980 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
